Production

All items are made-to-order. We do not hold stock.

Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

Delivery

All orders are made-to-order and shipped from Morocco.

Production time: approximately 10 working days
Delivery time: approximately 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.

Shipping & Customs

All orders are shipped from Morocco.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items will only be considered if they meet all of the following:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags, including the hangtag, remain attached
• No signs of wear, stains, perfume, smoke, deodorant, or odors
• Returned in original packaging

If the ribbon has been removed, the item will not be accepted.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Return Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

• All return shipping costs
• Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees
• Ensuring the return is delivered safely

Return address will be provided upon request.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return can be followed.

Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an appropriate resolution will be issued.

Quality Issues

If your item arrives with a defect or quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos so we may assist you.
